Law Offices of Doris G. Walker
In 1984 Doris G. Walker became the first African American Legal Aid Managing Attorney in Howard County and later became the Chief Legal Aid Attorney for the Howard County Legal Aid Office.
Walker handled a variety of civil cases and is reported to be the first African American Attorney to serve on the Howard County Bar Association Executive Board.
Walker continues to be a galvanizing force for African American lawyers in Howard County, Maryland.
During 2007-2008 Walker served as President of Waring Mitchell Law Society and has a diverse practice in Anne Arundel, County. |
