        Juvenile Court Master

  

   In 2004 Hon. William V. Tucker was appointed as

   the first African American Juvenile Court Master

   in Chancery in Howard County. 

 

   In 1998 and prior to his judicial appointment 

   Master Tucker was a solo private practitioner in

   a Howard County.

 

   In 1995 Tucker served as the Chief Assistant

   State’s Attorney for the Howard County Juvenile

   Division and was named Prosecutor of the Year

   in 1998.

 

   In 2008, Tucker served as President of Waring

   Mitchell Law Society promoting greater

   involvement of Waring Mitchell Law Society

   members in the community and in the award

   winning " Continuing the Legacy " high school

   mentoring program.
