				Chief Administrative Officer Howard County Government In 2007 Lonnie R. Robbins, Esq. was appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer for Howard County Government. Prior to his appointment by County Executive Ken Ulman, Robbins served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Howard County from 2004-2007 and as a Senior Assistant County Solicitor for the Howard County Office of Law from 1989-2004. Robbins served as President of Waring Mitchell Law Society prior to his appointment as Chief Administrative Officer of Howard County.
