The 1990's

    " In the past decade, several black candidates have

      unsuccessfully applied for appointments to the

     county's District and Circuit Courts ...

 

             But is only in the past 20 years or so that black

            lawyers have begun to make strides in the 

            profession in the county,...said Lille-Price -Wesley
